Customization and Recreation

If you admire a design that’s currently out of stock or not available in your size, we can attempt to recreate it for you. Please note, due to the unique nature of our materials and handcrafting process, slight variations from the original are possible. We strive to closely match the original design and will use similar materials and craftsmanship.

Pricing and Payment

  • Customization Fee: Custom orders will include an additional fee, not exceeding 15% of the original item’s price, to cover the extra work involved in meeting your specific requirements.
  • Deposit: A $200 deposit is required to begin the design process.
  • Full Payment: Full payment, including the customization fee, is required upfront to secure your pre-order.

Custom Order Process

  1. Design Consultation: Share your preferences, budget, and any specific design inspirations with us. We specialize in materials that are ideal for carved pieces, such as jewelry-grade quartzite and serpentine.
  2. Quote and Deposit: You will receive a detailed quote reflecting the customization fee. Upon accepting the quote, the deposit is required to proceed.
  3. Design Approval: We will develop a detailed design draft for your approval. Once approved, the remaining balance including the customization fee is due before production starts.
  4. Crafting and Delivery: Custom orders typically require 3-5 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide tracking details once your piece is ready to ship.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Custom orders are highly personalized and are final sale once production has commenced. They cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please review all design details and confirm your approval before production to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
